- Coverage: We currently ship orders across India.
- Delivery Timelines: Shipping times vary based on your delivery address and region. Standard deliveries typically take 3–7 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Any shipping/delivery charges applicable to your order will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout.
- Delays & Issues: While we partner with reputable courier networks to ensure prompt delivery, Pattikadai (Thandatti Foods) is not responsible for shipment delays caused by courier service disruptions, natural conditions, or other force majeure events.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are perishable traditional foods, we maintain strict safety policies:
- No Returns or Refunds: Due to the perishable and food nature of our items, we do not accept returns or process refunds once the products have been delivered.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the package and items.
- Replacements: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Replacement items are typically delivered within 4–5 working days. Exchanges are not supported.
- Special Refund Cases: Under special circumstances (e.g., if a replacement item is out of stock), approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Please note our guidelines for cancelling orders:
- Cancellation Window: Since our traditional food items are prepared fresh, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order or before the package has been shipped (whichever occurs first).
- Shipped Orders: Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

- Refund Processing: For successfully cancelled orders, refunds are credited back to the source payment method within 5–10 working days.
