3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI payments, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and typically range from 3–7 business days. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Due to the perishable and food nature of our products, no returns and no refunds are accepted once products are delivered.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos to our customer support for a replacement.
• Replacement products will be delivered within 4–5 working days. Exchanges are not available — only replacements.
• Approved refunds under special circumstances will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
